The Admitting Department is dedicated to providing patients with efficient, friendly and professional service. We coordinate admitting service functions among various departments to insure operational efficiency while meeting the needs of patients. We strive to provide the most accurate demographic and financial information.
The Registration Department consists of the following: Inpatient, Outpatient and ER Registration, Pre-Admissions, PBX, Financial Counseling, and MOB (Medical Office Building) Registrations.

Helpful Tips
|
Please arrive at Outpatient Registration at least 30 minutes early to insure we have enough time to register and send patients to the appropriate department. Please have your medical cards ready. Our department does not handle billing issues. Copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. Our department registers patients by appointment time, not arrival time.
